Small IT equipment and consumables, forensics, audiovisual items and related services.
The objective of the contract is to enable Europol to cover its needs for small IT equipment and consumables, forensics, audiovisual items and related services not covered by other Europol framework contracts.
The contract shall constitute one-stop-shop for miscellaneous IT equipment as well as an acquisition channel for all the items within the scope of the contract.

There is a continuous need at Europol for the acquisition of ICT equipment (and related services) such as:
— small IT devices such as scanners, keyboards, webcams, consumer tablets and accessories, small quantities of pre-configured by the vendor laptops/(mini)-desktops, computer memory for clients and servers, and other PC components (like graphics cards for example), etc.,
— audiovisual equipment such as TVs, projectors, audio recording devices, beamers, webcams,
— IT consumables such as CD/DVD disks, data storage devices, printer toners, cables, mobile device accessories, computer accessories,
— mobile phones, mobile phone accessories,
— IT tooling,
— specialist forensic equipment.
It is foreseen that some of these items may require maintenance and related services.
The above list is non-exhaustive.

Documents related to this call for tenders are available free of charge at the e-tendering link indicated above. In order to use some functionalities of the e-tendering website, users will need to log in. Maximum 1 representative per tenderer. For security reasons, tenderers must register within the given deadline (please see the tender documentation) to be allowed to attend the opening session.
Section VI: Complementary information
Within 2 months of the notification to the plaintiff, or, in absence thereof, of the day on which it came to the knowledge. A complaint to the European Ombudsman does not have as an effect either to suspend this period or to open a new period for lodging appeals.
