lot 2:
for 3 x 2 hours/week, the physiotherapist shall cover the same tasks as the instructor as well as support those users with health problems.

the tenderer shall be in a position to propose, as a minimum, service provider staff with the following qualifications:
lot 1 (sports instructor):
— higher education diploma in physical education or a diploma as a physiotherapist and/or as a person practising natural medicine,
— relevant professional experience — in a fitness room — of at least 1 000 hours during the past 36 months,
— proficiency in French (level B2 as a minimum) and in English (level B1 as a minimum);
lot 2 (physiotherapist):
— diploma in physiotherapy and approval in accordance with the Royal Decree of 15.4.2002,
— relevant professional experience of at least 1 000 hours during the past 36 months,
— proficiency in French (level B2 as a minimum) and in English (level B1 as a minimum).

Insurance taken out by the successful tenderers of lots 1 and 2 covering personal injury (accident insurance) and any material damage (within the limits of the applicable civil liability) caused during the performance of activities.

any appeals must be lodged with the General Court within 2 months of the plaintiff being notified or, failing this, of the date on which it became known to them. Lodging a complaint with the European Ombudsman neither suspends this deadline nor creates a new deadline for appeals.
The time limits are extended on account of distance by a set period of 10 days, whatever the relevant party's usual place of residence or domicile.
