Provision of services for the fitness room in the buildings of the Secretariat of the Council of the European Union:

lot 1:

for 4 x 2 hours/week, the sports instructor shall check the physical fitness of fitness room users; show them how to use the equipment properly; develop training programmes adapted to user requirements; ensure that the fitness room is well-run so that its users duly follow the instructions for use they have been given, in particular;

lot 2:

for 3 x 2 hours/week, the physiotherapist shall cover the same tasks as the instructor as well as support those users with health problems.

the tenderer shall be in a position to propose, as a minimum, service provider staff with the following qualifications:

lot 1 (sports instructor):

— higher education diploma in physical education or a diploma as a physiotherapist and/or as a person practising natural medicine,

— relevant professional experience — in a fitness room — of at least 1 000 hours during the past 36 months,

— proficiency in French (level B2 as a minimum) and in English (level B1 as a minimum);

lot 2 (physiotherapist):

— diploma in physiotherapy and approval in accordance with the Royal Decree of 15.4.2002,

— relevant professional experience of at least 1 000 hours during the past 36 months,

— proficiency in French (level B2 as a minimum) and in English (level B1 as a minimum).
