The University of Nottingham is seeking to procure the services of a strategic partner to transform the student recruitment marketing experience, through the provision of an integrated digital engagement service. CX (Customer Experience) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform and associated technologies will revolutionise student recruitment marketing capability and the way UoN engages with multiple audiences.
This implementation of a digital engagement service will help meet our student technological expectations in an increasingly challenging HE landscape.
