The database should cover tenders, grants and experts organised by the European Commission, by other European institutions (e.g. European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, European Investment Bank, etc.), by as many as possible other international funding agencies/donors (e.g. World Bank, African Development Bank, etc.) and ministries/agencies of EU or non-EU countries.
