Development Professional Services Framework Agreement
This procurement process is for the establishment of a framework agreement for the provision of a range of professional services, specifically employers agent, principal designer and clerk of works services, to Paradigm Housing Group Ltd.
The services that shall be provided by the suppliers under this framework agreement will support Paradigm in the delivery of the types of construction projects and/or programmes indicated below. The requirement will mainly include the provision for new homes including affordable rented accommodation, low cost home ownership, private sale, mixed tenure schemes and some refurbishment, regeneration, alteration/extension and demolition.
Employers Agent Services — Schemes of 10 Units and Under
Employers agent services for schemes of 10 units and under in size.
It is anticipated that 3 suppliers will be awarded a place on this lot.
The anticipated value for the provision of development professional services framework is estimated to have an annual value of — Lots 1-3 (combined) employers agent services — 2 000 000 GBP.
Employers Agent Services — Schemes 11-50 Units
Employers agent services for schemes between 11 and 50 units in size.
Employers Agent Services — Schemes with 51 Units or More
Employers agent services for schemes with 51 units or more in size.
Principal Designer Services
Principal designer services for all schemes sizes.
This will be a single/sole supplier lot.
The anticipated value for the provision of development professional services framework is estimated to have an annual value of — Lot 4, principal designer services — 300 000 GBP.
Clerk of Works Services — Schemes of 10 Units and Under
Clerk of works services for schemes of 10 units and under in size.
The anticipated value for the provision of development professional services framework is estimated to have an annual value of — Lots 5-7 (combined) clerk of works services — 450 000 GBP.
