Section I: Contracting authority
The contract shall be governed by Union law, complemented, where necessary, by the national substantive law of Poland.
Section II: Object
Frontex Surveillance Aircraft Services for Border and Coast Guard Functions (FSA I)
The regular services provided by the contractor involve both scheduled and unscheduled surveillance missions in the areas of interest which are composing an area of service deployment, identified by the contracting authority.
Mid-Range Maritime Surveillance Missions
The performance of services is foreseen in EU Member State or third country where the Base Airport is situated. The chosen NUTS code is just for the purpose of fulfilment of the contract notice format.
Mid-range maritime surveillance missions category with providing of information:
a) via Remote Mission Portal and sharing of Compiled Operational Picture;
b) with live streaming of raw data.

Should DEA request subcontracted services, then the subcontractor will provide aircraft, equipment or personnel to at least the same technical and professional standards as detailed within DEA’s tender. At no time will the subcontractor provide resource that is greater than 60 % of the requirement of the specific contract that has been awarded to DEA.
Section VI: Complementary information
No assessment of prices will be done to enter the FWC. For each lot individually there will be prepared a final ranking list. The contracts are to be awarded to maximum 10 tenderers per each lot, following their position on the ranking list.
Within 2 months of the notification to the plaintiff, or, in absence thereof, of the day on which it came to the knowledge.
