De opdracht betreft het leveren van (bijzonder) kantoormeubilair.

De gemeente Eindhoven maakt een transitie naar 'Activiteit Gericht Werken'. Activiteitsgebieden in plaats van afdelingsgebieden voor meer flexibiliteit in het gebouw en stimuleren van ontmoeten en samenwerken. De aanbestedende dienst is op zoek naar een leverancier die verschillende merken kan leveren, die de esthetische en circulaire wensen begrijpt en daar invulling aan kan geven. Aanvullend op het huidige meubilair ontstaat er een transitie op de volgende aspecten:

- Toevoeging van variatie in vergaderruimtes;

- Toevoeging van ontmoetingsplekken;

- Toevoeging van dynamische samenwerkgebieden (brainstormsettingen, duo werkplekken, aanlanden, dialoog, overleg en vergaderen)

Bovengenoemde transities krijgt gevolgen voor de inrichting en gebruik van het meubilair voor de verschillende type ruimtes. De publicatiedatum van 'aankondiging van opdracht' betreft een indicatie en kan worden bijgesteld.
