(ii) given the volume of the requirement it is envisaged that there will be a significant mobilisation and familiarisation period on commencement, with a commensurate demobilisation and hand over period at Agreement completion/termination. The value provided in Section II.1.4 is an estimate only and no guarantee of volume either as a whole or per Site Licence Company/ Participating Entity can be given.
Tenderers should also recognise that the volume/overall mix of ASWs may be subject to regular change and fluctuation depending upon workloads, projects approved by the NDA, operational peaks and as ASWs leave and new ASWs are engaged. In the event of a Contract award as a result of this procurement, there will be a single framework provider/single management organisation for all disciplines across all Participating Entity sites that will access the relevant supply chains in order to meet local/national resource requirements. In the event of a Contract award, a framework agreement will be entered into by each Participating Entity and the successful tenderer.
