Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Es lagen Bestandskabel aus einer vorherigen Baumaßnahme in der Außenwand der WT Achse SBK. Um die Kabeldurchführung entsprechend der notwendigen Innendämmung auszuführen wurden spezielle Elektrodosen beauftragt und eingebaut. Die Durchführungen wurden aufrechterhalten um die Anbindung der Leuchten unter dem Balkon zu ermöglichen. Diese einzelnen Wanddurchführungen werden nun nicht mehr benötigt. Nach der Demontage der Elektrodosen musste der Untergrund vorbehandelt, die Wärmedämmung ergänzt, Armierungsgewebe montiert und gespachtelt werden. Es handelt sich hierbei um Anpassungen von Kleinflächen, die in die Gesamtleistung eingearbeitet werden müssen und welche einen erhöhten Zeiteinsatz zur Folge haben. Ebenso fallen zusätzliche Baustelleneinrichtungsarbeiten wie Materialtransport, Gerüstarbeiten sowie Beräumungen an.
