Tiekėjas turi pateikti Europos bendrąjį viešųjų pirkimų dokumentą (EBVPD) – aktualią redakciją, pakeičiančią kompetentingų institucijų išduodamus dokumentus ir preliminariai patvirtinančią, kad nėra šalinimo pagrindų, nustatytų vadovaujantis VPĮ 46 str. nuostatomis.

Pirkėjas už prekes tiekėjui sumoka per 30 (trisdešimt) kalendorinių dienų nuo sąskaitos faktūros už pristatytas prekes gavimo dienos. Pridėtinės vertės mokesčio sąskaitos faktūros teikiamos elektroniniu būdu, naudojantis informacinės sistemos „E. sąskaita“ priemonėmis. Tiekėjo iniciatyva visai nutraukus prekių pardavimą sutartyje nurodytomis sąlygomis, tiekėjas moka 30 (trisdešimties) proc. dydžio baudą nuo nepateiktų prekių sumos su PVM.
