Privataus subjekto prievolių pagal sutartį įvykdymas yra užtikrinamas 500 000 EUR dydžio užtikrinimu (banko garantija arba draudimo bendrovės laidavimu). Pirminio prievolių įvykdymo užtikrinimo galiojimo terminas privalo būti ne trumpesnis nei investicijų atlikimo terminas, o kiekvieno vėlesnio prievolių įvykdymo užtikrinimo terminas – ne trumpesnis kaip 12 (dvylika) mėnesių.
