As a part of the bid, the economic operator will compulsory provide guarantee for participation (guarantee of the bid) in the amount of 100 000 EUR.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: — a statement that no verdict in force has been passed to the economic operator in the last 5 years for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundry;
— certificate that no bankruptcy proceedings have been instituted by a competent body;
— certificate that no liquidation proceedings have been instituted by a competent body;
— certificate for paid taxes, contributions and other public expenses from a competent body from the country where the economic operator is registered;

Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required: — Minimum total turnover of at least 500 000 EUR counter value or credit line capability in amount of 1 000 000 EUR counter value in order to provide assets to finance the 1st phase of project implementation.
— The total turnover in the past 3 years to be at least 1 000 000 EUR counter value of national bidders currency.

— list of implemented projects for organizing of design or construction and development or managing at least one facility parking places type or similar object with detailed explanation of the works and conditions for each project separately including facility description, surface, location, investors, starting date, implementation, project value.
