Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Zaszła konieczność zmiany Umowy z uwagi na nieprzewidzianą w zamówieniu na „Wykonywanie usług leśnych w Nadleśnictwie Piaski w roku 2022. Część IV” potrzebę wykonania na rzecz Zamawiającego dodatkowych czynności związanych z przygotowaniem gleby do wykonania wiosennych odnowień lasu i tym samym zwiększenia wynagrodzenia Wykonawcy, działając na podstawie art. 455 ust. 2 ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. (Dz. U. z 2021 r. poz. 1129, z późn. zm.), strony dokonały zmian postanowień Umowy.
