The EU Agency for Railways (‘Agency’) wishes to enter into a framework service contract for the maintenance of all the technical installations and components of the actual building of the agency in Valenciennes, as well as for the completion of any necessary works within the building. The tenderer’s mission will include any intervention required for supervisory services, preventive or curative maintenance, and repair and replacement of parts relating to the technical installations of the agency building. The tenderer’s mission will also include the adaptation of the building's technical installations.
