The University of Southampton (The University) wishes to appoint an Architect and Lead Designer to help design and deliver a New Business School.
The final location and size of the project has yet to be determined but will be in the Southampton Area. Further information will be released at the invitation to tender stage to those who successful make the short list.
This pre-qualification questionnaire and application will be used to assess the suitability of consultants who wish to be considered for appointment.
Please complete all sections of this form, ensuring your answers are an appropriate length. You must provide documents and certificates where requested, with your PQQ return. Failure to do so may lead to your organisation being eliminated from our tender process.
In addition, submissions including appendices but excluding company accounts, that exceed 45 sides of A4, including graphics and photographs will also lead to elimination from our tender process.
We will use the PQQ process to shortlist a number of not more than eight suppliers to go forward to the ITT stage.
