Úspešný uchádzač bude verejnému obstarávateľovi poskytovať služby v rozsahu predmetu zákazky v rámci katastrálneho územia Obce Važec, okres Liptovský Mikuláš, Žilinský samosprávny kraj, SR.
II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
Predmetom zákazky bude nakladanie s odpadmi v súlade so zákonom č. 79/2015 Z. z. o odpadoch a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov v znení neskorších predpisov v obci Važec.
Miesto poskytnutia predmetu zákazky: Úspešný uchádzač/poskytovateľ bude verejnému obstarávateľovi/objednávateľovi poskytovať služby v rozsahu predmetu zákazky v rámci katastrálneho územia Obce Važec, okres Liptovský Mikuláš, Žilinský samosprávny kraj, Slovenská republika.
Dĺžka trvania zmluvy: Zmluva bude uzatvorená na obdobie 24 mesiacov odo dňa nadobudnutia účinnosti zmluvy. Začiatok plnenia začína plynúť dňom nasledujúcim po zverejnení zmluvy v Centrálnom registri zmlúv.
