The purpose of the framework agreement is to obtain professional assistance in connection with the preparation of the climate initiatives and further development of the existing measures for Oslo kommune [Oslo municipality] in the areas of road traffic (transport), construction and building activity and shipping.

Tender offers can be delivered for parts of or the entire assignment. This involves either assignments part 1 or part 2, or the entire assignment. For assignment part 1 it is also possible to submit for one or more disciplines (a, b and c). The Agency for Climate encourages different environments to come together so that the assignment can be answered as comprehensively as possible.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

The purpose of the framework agreement is to obtain professional assistance in connection with the preparation of the climate initiatives and further development of the existing measures for Oslo kommune [Oslo municipality] in the areas of road traffic (transport), construction and building activity and shipping.

The Climate Department shall use the framework agreement to obtain professional assessments of climate effects and other effects of actual policy instruments and measures that shall be carried out or are under consideration, in order to reach the climate targets in Oslo municipality. The Agency for Climate’s professional need consists of everything from technical assessments and assessments of technological development, to market analyses and assessment of the effects of instruments and measures within the area of transport (passenger cars, public transport, pedestrian and bicycle, goods transport and site machinery), including socio-economic assessments and analysis.
