Sheffield Hallam University wishes to award a Framework Agreement for the Provision of Architectural Design Services (4 Lots), for a variety of construction projects with a construction value of up to and above 10 000 000 GBP including VAT and for Interior Design Services on Sheffield Hallam University projects as required. The intention is to award the Framework Agreement to a minimum of 4 suppliers for a period of 2 years, with the option to extend for a further and a final year, dependant upon performance of each supplier in accordance with the agreed key performance indicators.

Bidders will need to have the following levels of insurance cover in place prior to commencement of the Framework Agreement, for each lot they have applied for, as follows:
Employers Liability Insurance — level of cover required GBP 10 000 000 (Lots 1,2,3 and 4);
Public and Product Liability Insurance — level of cover GBP 5 000 000 (Lots 1,2 and 4) or GBP 10 000 000 (Lot 3);
Professional Indemnity Insurance — level of cover GBP 2 000 000 (Lot 1), GBP 10 000 000 (Lots 2 and 3) or GBP 5 000 000 (Lot 4).

Meetings will not be held to discuss the contract or this pre-qualification phase. The University will not be engaging any consultants to assist with the tender process. Queries in connection with the PQQ must be communicated via the e-tendering system.
The initial term Framework Agreement will be for 2 years and will contain break clauses for the University and the provider(s). The framework Agreement will also contain the options for a further 1 year extension to the period plus the option to extend for a final year.
