Kao preliminarni dokaz sposobnosti iz točke 4.1.1. ponuditelj u ponudi dostavlja:

Justification:

Naručitelj je skratio rok za dostavu ponuda na 15 dana od slanja poziva na dostavu ponuda temeljem čl. 234 st. 1 ZJN-a. Reagensi iz predmeta nabave se koriste za detekciju virusa Corona i s obzirom na okolnost da je došlo do neočekivanog višestrukog porasta testiranja raspoložive količine reagensa Naručitelju ne bi bile dovoljne do okončanja postupka nabave sa rokom za dostavu od 30 dana.
