Purchase of Work clothes, footwear and gloves
Purchase of various work clothes, protective shoes, other footwear and various gloves for BIR Group employees.
Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
Tenderers must have their tax, employer contribution and VAT payments in order.
Tenderers must be a legally established company.
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to carry out the assignments included in the framework agreement.
Tenderers must as a minimum be credit worthy without a requirement for security.
The tenderer must have sufficient relevant experience with delivery of the same type of products as those requested in this contest.
The requirement is considered met if during the last three years the tenderer has delivered the same type of products to a minimum of two medium or large size businesses.
