II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Each supplier should be able to deliver (either directly or through their supply chain,) the entirety of the requirements below, not just any constituent part:

a. Planned Property Improvements including but not limited to:

1. Kitchen Refurbishments,

2. Bathroom Refurbishments,

3. Electrical testing and planned remedial works including rewires and upgrades,

4. Void improvements,

5. Whole house improvements,

6. Disabled adaptations,

7. Management of multi-contractor works in a single site.

The Authorities are therefore seeking to establish a multi-client Framework Agreement with 5 (five) successful Applicants for lot 1, depending on the quality and number of suitable bids received. The Framework Agreement will govern the letting of the contracts for the works. Call-offs will be made throughout the life of the Framework Agreement, including during the final year and may last beyond the life of the Framework Agreement.
