Additional information about authorised persons and opening procedure: Tenderers wishing to attend the opening session are requested to notify their intention by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 48 hours in advance. This notification must be signed by an authorised officer of the tenderer and specify the name/first name — date of birth DD/MM/YYYY — ID document number and expiry date — and nationality of the person (1 per tenderer) who will attend the opening session on the tenderer's behalf. At the reception of the Commission building, this person will be asked to show an identity document confirming the personal details included in the notification.
