Fusion21 Major Works and Improvements Framework — Market Engagement Opportunity
Fusion21 is developing a Major works and improvements framework will enhance the Fusion21 procurement offer by creating a product that enables our Members to deliver their capital works programmes through a solution that is commercially efficient, clear and transparent and that delivers optimum value for money. The new Framework will cover works across the public sector, please refer to the draft lotting structure in this PIN Notice for more information on the lotting structure.
This PIN Notice is inviting suppliers that meet the minimum criteria to engage with Fusion21 before the Framework is advertised in OJEU.
Providing major works and improvements across the full public sector. The nature of work will provide a range of refurbishment works to the Member’s existing estate portfolio. This Lot will be split in to 4 sub Lots based on the sector for delivery, and each sub Lot then split in to 2 value bands. These are detailed as:
— 1A – Housing (Up to GBP5m, over 5 000 000 GBP),
— 1B – Education (up to GBP2m, over 2 000 000 GBP),
— 1C – Health (up to GBP2m, over 2 000 000 GBP),
— 1D – Blue Light and Wider Public Sector (up to 2 000 000 GBP, over 2 000 000 GBP).
This is a draft lot structure and may be subject to change once the Contract Notice is published based on the outcome of the market engagement work being undertaken.
Construction Work with Development
Providing major works and improvements across the full public sector that includes design. This will be a range of design and construct that includes, but is not limited to, rooftop developments, extra care facilities, sheltered accommodation units, residential builds and new buildings in the education sector, health sector and wider public sector.
This Lot will be split in to 4 sub Lots to cover the different sectors. Each sub Lot will be split in to 2 value bands:
— 2A – Housing (Up to 5 000 000 GBP, over 5 000 000 GBP),
— 2B – Education (Up to 5 000 000 GBP, over 5 000 000 GBP),
— 2C – Health (Up to 5 000 000 GBP, over 5 000 000 GBP),
— 2D – Blue Light and Wider Public Sector (Up to 5 000 000 GBP, over 5 000 000 GBP).
This is a draft lot structure and may be subject to change once the Contract Notice is published subject to the outcome of the early engagement activity.

Fusion21 is looking to engage with suppliers that can deliver the nature of works listed in this Notice and have an annual turnover greater than 5 000 000 GBP. Actual turnover requirements will be stipulated within the tender documents.
