The purpose of the procurement is to establish framework agreements for cleaning for NORCE and to contribute to increased compliance with social responsibility.

NORCE needs cleaning services at the following locations:

Lot 1: Bergen (Nygårdsgaten 112, Fantoftvegen 38),

Lot 2: Haugesund (Sørhauggata 128),

Lot 3: Oslo (Tullins gate 2),

Lot 4: Stavanger/Randaberg (Prof. Olav Hanssensvei 15, Mekjarvik 12 and 14),

Lot 5: Tromsø (Sykehusveien 23).

A contract will be signed with one Supplier per lot. Tenders may be submitted for one, multiple or all lots. It is possible for the same tenderer to be awarded multiple lots.

Lot 2: Haugesund (Sørhauggata 128),

Lot 3: Oslo (Tullins gate 2),

Lot 4: Stavanger/Randaberg (Prof. Olav Hanssensvei 15, Mekjarvik 12 and 14),

Lot 5: Tromsø (Sykehusveien 23).

The following services will be carried out in the listed premises:

— regular cleaning,

— regular additional services,

— cleaning to order (ordered separately).

The elements of regular cleaning and regular additional services are included in the fixed annual price, cf. Appendix 3A: Price form. Cleaning to order will be invoiced separately in accordance with the price form, after the cleaning has been carried out.

Area and other information about the locations is described in Annex 10. NORCE makes reservations that deviations in the room lists can occur, and offered prices will regardless be applicable even if there is a deviation. NORCE therefore recommends that a site inspection be carried out at the different locations prior to the submission of tenders.

Floor plans for the locations can be requested via Mercell within the deadline for questions.
