sufficient technical and professional capacity as regards experience in providing services similar to those in this contract, professionalism vis-à-vis internal management and regulatory monitoring as well as specialist skills as demonstrated by the staff's qualifications and experience.

reference level: several years' experience in providing assistance for the technical management of buildings with a surface area in excess of 50 000 m2, the presence of at least 7 qualified architects or engineers on the tenderer's staff and sufficient experience of working under French legislation.
