The framework will consist of five (5) lots, covering Small Building Works that are currently carried out across the Guys and St Thomas estate. Works carried out in the last year have included:

— ward refurbishments,

— laboratory and toilet upgrades and refurbishment,

— internal alteration to laboratory’s,

— corridors,

— staircases,

— offices and clinical areas and external roof,

— façade and paving repairs.
