List and brief description of conditions:

Deklaruodami, kad nėra pagrindo pašalinti iš pirkimo, kartu su pasiūlymu užpildytą Europos bendrąjį viešųjų pirkimų dokumentą (toliau – EBVPD) turi pateikti:

- pasiūlymą pateikęs dalyvis;

- kiekvienas tiekėjų grupės partneris, jei pasiūlymą pateikia tiekėjų grupė;

- kiekvienas kitas ūkio subjektas (subtiekėjas ir trečiasis asmuo), kurių pajėgumais, t. y. siekdamas atitikti kvalifikacijos reikalavimus, remiasi tiekėjas.

Perkančioji organizacija reikalauja, kad prekių tiekimo laikotarpiui pirkimo sutarties įvykdymas būtų užtikrinamas užstatu arba banko garantija 3 000 EUR sumai.

Tiekėjui už pažeidimus, padarytus ne dėl Užsakovo kaltės, Sutarties vykdymo metu taikomos baudos nurodytos sutarties sąlygose.

Atsiskaitymai su tiekėjais nurodyti sutarties sąlygose.
