SKI udbød en 4-årige rammeaftale vedrørende levering af fødevarer til offentlige (særligt kommunale) institutioner, benævnt 50.91 Fødevarer (nethandel).

Rammeaftalen retter sig mod mindre køkkener hos de tilsluttede kunder, som er forpligtet til at indkøbe fødevarer omfattet af aftalen, når disse indkøb ligger i ordrestørrelsesintervallet fra DKK 300,- og op til DKK 1.500,- (ekskl. leveringsgebyr) pr. levering. Mindsteordrestørrelsen er på DKK 300. Kunderne har ret, men ikke pligt, til anvende rammeaftalen for fødevarebestillinger over DKK 1.500. Leverandøren skal levere det til enhver tid gældende sortiment på leverandørens webshop indenfor de udbudte underproduktgrupper.

Udbuddet blev gennemført som et offentligt udbud efter tildelingskriteriet pris.

Udbuddet er opdelt i 4 identiske men geografisk opdelte delaftaler - se punkt II.1.6). Denne bekendtgørelse vedr. tildelingen af rammeaftalerne for delaftale 1-3, mens delaftale 4 pga. manglende tilbud ikke blev tildelt.
