Operation, surveillance as well as routine and full-guarantee maintenance of the buildings' technical installations:
— preventive maintenance operations (scheduled and conditional),
— corrective maintenance operations where the value of replacement parts is under 500 EUR excluding taxes,
— full-guarantee operations (operations where the value of replacement parts is over 500 EUR excluding taxes),
— management as well as energy and environmental management services,
— mandatory periodic inspections.
Additional services bearing no similarity to activities covered on a flat-rate basis.
