Operation and maintenance of technical installations in Court of Justice of the European Union buildings.
Operation, surveillance as well as routine and full-guarantee maintenance of the buildings' technical installations.
Additional services bearing no similarity to activities covered on a flat-rate basis.
buildings occupied and to be occupied by the Court of Justice of the European Union in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
Operation, surveillance as well as routine and full-guarantee maintenance of the buildings' technical installations:
— preventive maintenance operations (scheduled and conditional),
— corrective maintenance operations where the value of replacement parts is under 500 EUR excluding taxes,
— full-guarantee operations (operations where the value of replacement parts is over 500 EUR excluding taxes),
— management as well as energy and environmental management services,
— mandatory periodic inspections.
The installations are grouped into 11 technical fields:
3. regulation and centralised building management systems;
4. protection and fire safety;
5. security, access control, intrusion and video surveillance;
6. sanitary installations and plumbing;
7. electromechanical equipment;
8. kitchen equipment;
9. lifting machinery;
10. automatic document transport;
11. technical architecture.
initial contract duration: 39 months.
The contract shall be renewed by tacit agreement for 3 periods of 12 months.
Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
the tenderer must have the necessary legal capacity to work in the professional activity referred to in the contract (entry on the relevant trade or professional register, social security registration, VAT registration, residence permit, etc.) in accordance with legislation in the state of residence.

persons wishing to attend the opening of tenders are requested to confirm this by e-mail no later than 18.1.2018 (17:00). They must also provide due authorisation for representatives from the tendering firm. 1 person per company may be present.
Section VI: Complementary information
2 site visits and briefings are scheduled for 6.12.2017 (10:00) and 8.12.2017 (10:00).
Participation in 1 of these visits is mandatory in order to submit a tender. Participation in both visits is not permitted.
