The aim of this invitation to tender is to enter into a framework contract in cascade, with a maximum of two contractors, to provide medical services, conduct medical examinations and laboratory tests, and provide home-help services for the EUIPO staff.
Avenida de Europa 4, 03008 Alicante, SPAIN.
The contract will cover the following services:
— the provision of medical services to monitor the health of the EUIPO staff in accordance with EU regulations, in particular the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Union and the personal data protection regulations. The services may consist of one or several positions for medical officials, nurses and administrative assistants. Each specific contract will define the required type and number of positions,
— the conducting of examinations, laboratory tests and medical tests for the EUIPO staff and examinations prior to hiring new staff,
— the provision of a home-help service for those employees who temporarily cannot perform small household and self-care activities.
The home-help services will be provided mainly, but not exclusively, in Alicante, Spain, always within a radius of 100 km from the EUIPO.

At most two representatives per tenderer may attend. The tenderer must provide the full names and identification details of the representatives two working days in advance to EUIPO by email to email@example.com.
If, due to the health situation, EUIPO will not allow visitors to enter its facilities, the opening session may take place by videoconference.
Section VI: Complementary information
The tender documents will be available for download at the address stated in Section I.3). The website will be updated periodically, and it is the responsibility of tenderers to check for updates, amendments or answers to questions during the tender period.
In the event of unavailability or disruptions in the functioning of the means of electronic communication provided in Section I.3) in the last five calendar days preceding the deadline for receipt indicated in Section IV.2.2), the contracting authority reserves the right to extend this deadline and to publish the extension at the internet address provided in Section I.3), without prior publication of a corrigendum to this notice. Economic operators interested in this tender are invited to register for the call for tenders at the address indicated in Section I.3) in order to be notified when new information or documents are published.
Within two months of the notification to the plaintiff, or, in the absence thereof, of the day on which it came to the plaintiff’s knowledge.
