Dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään hyväksyttyjä tarjoajia pyydettiin jättämään tarjouksensa tarjouspyynnön mukaisesti. Hankintayksikkö valitsi dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän sisäisen kilpailutuksen perusteella toimittajan ja teki voittajan kanssa asiakaskohtaisen palvelusopimuksen.
