An optional on-site visit will be organised on 22.9.2021 at 10:00 am.

The meeting point will be at the entrance to the accreditation centre of the Altiero Spinelli Building, Rue Wiertz, 1000 Bruxelles, BELGIUM.

A maximum of two representatives per company may participate. In order to prepare your entry pass, please send an email (to INLO.AO.DIR.A@europarl.europa.eu) with your company name and the representatives’ names, position, identity card numbers and date of birth — two working days before the date of the visit.

This registration will be confirmed via email.

The European Parliament will issue a report following the site visit, which will be transmitted via the website. Any travel costs relating to the site visit are to be borne by the economic operator and will not be reimbursed by the European Parliament.

During the site visit, the economic operators will have the opportunity to ask questions which they deem relevant and useful for drawing up a tender. The language for the visit will be French.

Any travel expenses related to the visit of the premises will be borne by the economic operator, and cannot be reimbursed by the European Parliament.
