III.1)Conditions for participation
III.1.1)Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers
List and brief description of conditions:

Informacijai patikrinti bus naudojamas Europos bendrasis viešųjų pirkimų dokumentas (EBVPD), Tiekėjai, dalyvaujantys Pirkime, taip pat visi ūkio subjektų grupės nariai, jei pasiūlymą teikia ūkio subjektų grupė ir ūkio subjektai, kurių pajėgumais remiasi tiekėjai (kvalifikacijai pagrįsti) , privalo įrodyti, kad nėra Pirkimo sąlygų 11 skyriuje ir EBVPD (pirkimo sąlygų 2 priedas) nustatytų tiekėjo pašalinimo pagrindų. Tiekėjas turi pateikti užpildytą 2 Pirkimo sąlygų priedą „Europos bendrasis viešųjų pirkimų dokumentas (EBVPD)“. EBVPD pasiekiamas adresu https://ebvpd.eviesiejipirkimai.lt/espd-web/.

III.2.2)Contract performance conditions:

1. Sutarties įvykdymas turi būti užtikrinamas Lietuvos Respublikoje ar užsienyje registruoto banko garantijA ar draudimo bendrovės laidavimo raštu (kartu su apmokėjimą įrodančio dokumento kopija). Sutarties įvykdymo užtikrinimo vertė – 5 proc. nuo nurodytos pradinės Sutarties vertės be PVM (tiekėjas jį privalo pateikti PO ne vėliau kaip per 10 dienų nuo sutarties pasirašymo dienos). Pirkimo sutartyje numatyti 0,03 proc. dydžio delspinigiai.

2. Apmokėjimo terminas 30 dienų.

3. Jei pirkimo procedūrose dalyvauja tiekėjų grupė, ji pateikia jungtinės veiklos sutartį, kurioje <...> turi būti nurodyta grupės sudėtis, numatyta, kuris asmuo atstovauja ūkio subjektų grupei.

4. Pirkėjas turi teisę tiesiogiai atsiskaityti su subtiekėjais.
