De Aanbestedende dienst nodigt u hierbij uit voor het indienen van een inschrijving voor het Motorcrosspakket ten behoeve van het Ministerie van Defensie. Uw inschrijving zal worden beoordeeld op basis van de voorwaarden zoals gesteld in deze uitnodiging tot inschrijving, waarbij gebruik wordt gemaakt van de openbare procedure conform de Aanbestedingswet.

De Raamovereenkomst wordt gesloten voor een vaste periode van 7 jaar.

Voorafgaand aan deze aanbesteding heeft er een marktconsultatie plaatsgevonden gedurende de periode 24 januari tot 06 maart 2020. Bijgevoegd treft u hierbij het verslag aan. Voortschrijdend inzicht heeft er echter toe geleidt om geen perceelverdeling te hanteren, maar de verschillende benodigde Producten als separate aanbestedingen te publiceren. Daarnaast heeft aanvullend marktonderzoek ertoe geleid dat er productwijzigingen zijn doorgevoerd.
