Zambia Aquaculture Project Technical Assistance (ZAP-TA)
The aim of the service contract will be to prepare, manage and implement a multi-annual programme estimate in support of the: "Increased productivity, income and employment opportunities of emergent, small and medium scale fish farmers". This support will include awarding contracts and grants, committing expenditure and making the corresponding payments of the imprest component in accordance with the powers delegated by the National Authorising Officer of the European Development Fund.

Africa, Caribbean and Pacific
Subsequent to the initial contract resulting from the current tender procedure, new services or works consisting in the repetition of similar services or works, up to the estimated amount of EUR 500 000, may be entrusted to the initial contractor by negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice, provided the new services or works are in conformity with the same basic project.
