The tenderer must provide a full product suite in multimedia systems as well as equipment that includes, but is not limited to, image projection, audio, videoconferencing equipment and software, live streaming, and interpretation systems. The tenderer must also undertake service and onsite support and provide monthly maintenance as well as maintenance at short notice in case of an emergency. Moreover the tenderers must provide rental equipment whenever necessary and A/V technical support required for meetings with simultaneous interpretation or any special audio-visual requests.
