Die Bodenbefeuchtung war zusätzlich erforderlich.Der Bodenbelag benötigt eine bestimmte Raumtemperatur und Luftfeuchtigkeit, damit keine Schäden entstehen. Trotz mehrerer Versuche das Klima einzuregulieren kam es immer wieder zu Problemen. Da das Museum zu diesem Zeitpunkt auch noch an der Heizungsversorgung lag wurden teilweise die Heizkreisekomplett ausgeschaltet oder hochreguliert was direkten Einfluss auf das Gewerk hat. Einen Verursacher für den Schaden kann nicht benannt werden. Dies stellt keinen Versicherungsfall dar.
