Predmet javnega naročila je izdelava projektne dokumentacije faza PZI za rekonstrukcijo in prizidavo Doma za varstvo odraslih Velenje in zajema:

- projekt za izvedbo, s popisom gradbeno obrtniških in instalacijskih del ter projektantsko oceno (PZI) in navodilom za izvedbo faznosti gradnje,

- projektantski nadzor, ki vključuje tudi sodelovanje pri tehničnem pregledu/ih.

Rok za izdelavo projektne dokumentacije faza PZI je 80 dni od sklenitve pogodbe.

Predviden termin za izvedbo projektantskega nadzora je od januarja 2022 do junija 2023.
