II.1.4)Short description:

De opdracht is het leveren en de implementatie van een FP&A oplossing ter ondersteuning van het samenstellen van de Avans hogeschoolbegroting. Lopende het jaar worden er additionele budgetten toegekend en worden aanvullende begrotingen opgesteld. Er dient apart gerapporteerd te kunnen worden over de (uitputting van de) oorspronkelijke begroting en de gewijzigde begroting. Daarnaast kent Avans Hogeschool ook projectverantwoordingen. De basisinformatie zoals realisatie wordt opgehaald uit het financieel systeem Unit4 ERP (UBW), maar dient nog verder bewerkt en aangevuld te worden met o.a. de prognose. Avans Hogeschool heeft behoefte aan een systeem dat hierbij kan ondersteunen en het handmatige werk overbodig maakt.
