Le présent marché, qui n’est pas alloti, a pour objet de sélectionner 3 prestataires de services d’investissement afin qu’ils effectuent pour le compte de l’ERAFP une gestion active non benchmarkée du portefeuille obligations convertibles de la zone Monde et de réaliser une performance supérieure à l’indice de comparaison de la performance.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Le mandat aura pour objet la gestion d’un portefeuille qui sera investi au sein d'un fonds commun de placement de droit français agréé par l'AMF (FCP) sous la forme d’un fonds d’investissement à vocation générale (destiné plus particulièrement à l’ERAFP) tel que défini aux articles L. 214-24-24 et suivants du CMF.

Il est précisé que chaque titulaire «actif» du marché devra reprendre la gestion d’un FCP existant et sera responsable des modifications de la documentation du FCP nécessaires afin d’être conforme aux obligations du mandat. Le dépositaire du FCP devra demeurer la caisse des dépôts et consignations.

À l’expiration de cette durée initiale, le marché pourra être reconduit, à l’initiative de l’ERAFP, pour deux (2) périodes successives d’un (1) an portant la durée maximale du marché à sept (6) ans. Cette durée se justifie eu égard notamment à la durée de placement conseillée par l’AMF pour ce type d’investissement et à la mise en œuvre de la charte ISR de l’ERAFP par le titulaire.
