The purpose of this public procurement tender is to determine the services the contractor will provide to undertake maintenance work on the buildings of the Office and the buildings rented by it.

The services requested are divided into the following groups:

— Preventive maintenance,

— Corrective maintenance,

— Activity continuity plan,

— Supervision, managing incidents, programming and integration (implementation) of the BMS,

— Logistic support tasks,

— Preliminary tasks and starting production,

— Energy management,

— Eventual renting of equipment to perform tasks associated with the contract (maintenance, support),

— Assistance for the buildings' management team,

— Support for implementing the Strategic Plan and the Action Plan,

— Supply of materials for the implementation of the contract activities,

— Availability of a permanent intervention team for urgent or emergency services,

— Management of the Office software. GMAO.

Tenderers are notified that the award of the contract could entail obligations to substitute staff from the previous contractor based in the applicable Spanish legislation. If the tenderer wishes to obtain the staff list, the Office may send the current contractor’s contact information.
