CPF1843-19 Devon Maintenance Panel Agreement 2020-2024
Devon County Council (DCC) has a significant property estate which comprises many buildings located throughout the geographic area of Devon. The MPA will operate in each of 10 geographical sub areas within Devon. In each of these geographical areas a panel of up to a maximum of 15 contractors per discipline is required for each of the following most frequently used work categories/lots — general building, electrical services, plumbing and mechanical services, window and door services, underground drainage services and roofing services. Only 5 contractors will be appointed in each of the 10 Devon sub areas for emergency cleaning and portable appliance testing.
Mostly utilised for projects of up to 5 000 GBP per occurrence but can be used for projects of up to 25 000 GBP per occurrence.
General Building Services
To provide a range of general building works, both responsive and planned small works up to 25 000 GBP per occurrence. In one or more of 10 geographical sub areas within Devon.
Up to 15 bidders per geographical sub area will be admitted to the lot. The award criteria is as set out in the invitation to tender.
This framework is the renewal of the existing Devon Maintenance Panel Agreement.
To provide a range of electrical services, both responsive and planned small works up to 25 000 GBP per occurrence. In one or more of 10 geographical sub areas within Devon.
To provide a range of heating and mechanical services, both responsive and planned small works up to 25 000 GBP per occurrence. In one or more of 10 geographical sub areas within Devon.
To provide a range of plumbing services, both responsive and planned small works up to 25 000 GBP per occurrence. In one or more of 10 geographical sub areas within Devon.

— independent organisations that were formerly part of the local authority: any organisation within the geographical boundaries of Devon, Torbay and Plymouth that were formerly in local authority control that provide the following or other such services — library service, children’s centres, child services, youth services, trading standards, school catering services, ICT services, Finance services, HR Services, adult community learning, heritage services, adult learning disability services, skills and learning services, highways term maintenance contractors (for depot maintenance).
These services currently comprise of CaterEd, DELT Shared Services, Libraries Unlimited, DYS Space, Babcock LDP, NPS SW, but may expend into additional new organisations over the next 4 years.
