Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:
De noodzaak van de aanvulling: In VTW 27 (subzaaknr. 31153856.0009) is geregeld het plaatsen van barriers op zowel het noordelijke als het zuidelijke viaduct (25A-003-03 en 04) om de vluchtstrook danwel R3 af te sluiten voor verkeer, van 18 januari 2022 tot 16 augustus 2022 (30 weken). De barriers dienen nog 20 weken te blijven staan. Opdracht betreft continuering barriers tot 3 januari 2023. Aanvulling stond niet in de oorspronkelijke aanbestedingsstukken, maar valt onder de scope van het prestatiecontract.
