L'objet de ce marché de services est la réalisation d’analyses d’échantillons de sol et d’eau, ainsi que le prélèvement d’échantillons d’eau dans le cadre d’investigations de sites (potentiellement) pollués et de décharges et dans le cadre du suivi de l’atténuation naturelle de la pollution des eaux souterraines de sites situés en région wallonne.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Les prélèvements de sol seront effectués par SPAQυE ou par un tiers dûment mandaté par elle. Les échantillons seront conservés par SPAQυE ou par le tiers désigné par elle jusqu'au moment de leur enlèvement par le Prestataire.

En règle générale, les prélèvements d’eau seront effectués par le Prestataire ou son sous-traitant dûment mandaté. Les échantillons seront conservés et pris en charge par le Prestataire dès leur prélèvement. Toutefois, les prélèvements d’eau pourront également être effectués par SPAQυE ou par le tiers désigné par elle. Dans ce cas, les échantillons seront conservés jusqu'au moment de leur enlèvement par le Prestataire.

Les prestations à réaliser sont:

— la fourniture et la livraison du flaconnage nécessaire à la réalisation des prélèvements de sol et/ou d’eau,

— la fourniture (en prêt) du matériel de stockage adéquat (conteneurs isothermes, pains de congélation, etc.) pour le transport ou la conservation sur site des échantillons,

— le prélèvement éventuel d’échantillons d'eau,

— pendant les campagnes d’investigations, l’enlèvement quotidien des échantillons et leur transport vers le laboratoire,

— la réalisation des analyses,

— la rédaction et la remise d’un rapport d’analyses ainsi que, le cas échéant, d’un rapport de prélèvements (eau souterraine et/ou de surface),

— la communication des résultats analytiques à SPAQυE sur support informatique,

— le stockage des échantillons jusqu'à la réception technique de la commande,

— la destruction des échantillons selon les dispositions légales en vigueur.

L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée d’un an prenant cours le 21.4.2018.

Le Pouvoir adjudicateur se réserve la possibilité de reconduire l'accord deux fois un an. Le Pouvoir adjudicateur informe l’Attributaire de sa volonté de reconduire ou non le marché au plus tard 1 mois avant la fin de la période contractuelle en cours.
