Provision of Consultancy Services, Including for the Design, Development, Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation of Structural Reforms in EU Member States
Provision of consultancy services to support the design, development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of structural reforms in one or more EU Member States, in one or more policy areas including the following, amongst others:
— governance and public administration including digital administration;
— revenue administration and public financial management;
— sustainable growth and business environment;
— labour market, education, health and social services;
— financial sector and access to finance.
Consultancy Services to Support DG REFORM for the Implementation of Technical Support Projects
One, several or all EU Member States (all of the above including The Netherlands. Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia and Slovenia).
The services under lot 1 will be provided through a multiple framework contract with re-opening of the competition with a maximum of eight (8) contractors.
The services provided under this lot may cover the provision of technical support for the implementation of technical support projects in any reform policy area as referred to in section II.1.4).
Expert Support to DG REFORM in the Execution of its Tasks
The services under lot 2 will be provided through a multiple framework contract in cascade with a maximum of four (4) contractors.
The type of services provided under this lot may cover expert support to DG Reform in executing its tasks, including, amongst others, in relation to the implementation of the SRSP and its successor legislation, as well as ad-hoc communication and IT services.
