The purpose of this open call for tender is to conclude a framework supply contract to provide of a wide range of information technology solutions (Hardware, Software and Services). The tenderers must be able to deliver the complete range of solutions from the main brands in the sector and the future Contractor must provide a unique interface between the manufacturers and EFSA.

Type of contract: Framework Contract (FWC).
Nature of expense: Services and Supplies.
Duration of FWC: 2 years + non-automatic renewal up to 2 times, both times for a period of one more year, for an overall maximum duration of four consecutive years. The current intention of EFSA is to use the contract for only for 2 years.
Budget.
Information: The financial ceiling available for order forms under the framework contract during an overall maximum period of 4 consecutive years is 1 400 000 EUR. A contingency of 10 % and possible price indexations are already included in this ceiling.
Possible increase.
Of FWC envelope: By virtue of article 134 (1)(e) and article 134 (4) of the Rules of Application of the Financial Regulation, EFSA reserves the option to launch further negotiated procedure, with the contractor chosen as a result of the present call for tender, for new services consisting in the repetition of similar services during the three years following the signature of the original contract. The increase will not go beyond 50 % of the original envelope of 700 000 EUR.
