Mobile Phone Services (MPS)
The main purpose of this Tender is the provision of Mobile Phone Services to the European Aviation Safety Agency.
Mobile Phone Services for the Agency.
Migration of the currently available SIM cards (approximately 400) of EASA to the new contract while keeping the existing mobile numbers.
Mobile voice, mobile data, SMS and MMS communications.
Provision of mobile devices in renting/leasing modality.
The framework contract is intended to be signed for an initial period of 2 years and shall be renewable up to 2 times for a maximum duration of 4 years under the same conditions.

Section IV: Procedure
Maximum 1 legal representative per participating tenderer may attend the opening session.
Tenderers shall inform the Agency of their intention to attend at least 5 days prior to the opening session.

You may submit any observations concerning the award procedure to the contracting authority indicated under heading I.1.
If you believe that there was maladministration, you may lodge a complaint to the European Ombudsman within 2 years of the date when you became aware of the facts on which the complaint is based (see http://www.ombudsman.europa.eu).
Such complaint does not have as an effect either to suspend the time limit to launch an appeal or to open a new period for lodging an appeal.
Within 2 months of the notification of the award decision you may lodge an appeal to the body referred to in VI.4.1.
