Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

V skladu z določili Zakona o interventnih ukrepih za zajezitev epidemije COVID-19 in omilitev njenih posledic za državljane in gospodarstvo (Uradni list RS, št. 49/20, 61/20, 152/20 ZZUOOP, 175/20 ZIUOPDVE in 15/21 ZDUOP) ter določili 5. alineje 5. člena osnovne pogodbe, se je odobrila prestavitev mejnikov M-A1 in M-B1 in posledično prestavitev ostalih mejnikov, ki se vežejo na navedena mejnika ter podaljšanje pogodbenega roka do 30.11.2021.

Izvajalec zaradi izrednih razmer razglašene epidemije COVID -19 ni uspel v rokih zagotoviti vse potrebne dokumentacije.
