Käesoleva hanke eesmärk on sõlmida liha ja lihatoodete ostmiseks raamleping tähtajaga kuni 31.1.2025. Raamleping sõlmitakse kuni 3 madalaimat hinda pakkunud pakkujaga. Raamlepingu alusel sõlmitakse esimene hankeleping kõige madalama maksumusega pakkumuse esitanud pakkujaga, kehtivusega 1 aasta. Enne hankelepingu kehtivusaja lõppemist korraldatakse raamlepingu partnerite vahel vahekonkurss, kus küsitakse avatud hankemenetluse käigus esitatud pakkumuses pakutud toodete kohta uut hinnapakkumist. Vahekonkursi korraldamisel annab hankija teada, kui pikaks ajaks soovitakse järgmist hankelepingut sõlmida. Sarnaselt toimitakse kogu raamlepingu kehtivusperioodi jooksul
