Provision of IT Consultancy Services in the Area of Web Development to the European Environment Agency and the European Commission (DG ENV and DG CLIMA)
The EEA, as leading contracting authority for the purpose of this inter-institutional call for tenders, and the European Commission, Directorate-General for Environment (DG ENV) and Directorate-General for Climate Action (DG CLIMA), as participating contracting authorities, seek to establish framework service contracts in cascade for the provision of IT services and support in the following areas:
Web development with Python, Zope and Plone; Node.js, React and Elasticsearch; and
DevOps operations with Jenkins, Docker; and
Availability of 1st and 2nd level helpdesk support services of said web development.
At the contractor's own premises (extra-mural), or at the EEA premises in Copenhagen (intra-mural) depending on the requirements of the services to be provided.
As specified in section 1.3 of the tender specifications.

Representatives of tenderers (1 per tenderer) are allowed to participate in the opening session. They are requested to inform the EEA's procurement services in advance and at the latest by Tuesday 15 December 2020 (16.00) by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org

This website will be updated regularly and it is the tenderer's responsibility to check for updates and modifications during the tendering period.
Within 2 months of the notification to the plaintiff (date of receipt), or, in the absence thereof, the day when the person concerned had knowledge of the relevant information, an appeal may be lodged with the Court of Justice of the European Union.
